A core part of my work focuses on advising and guiding organisations through transitions, combining strategic development with hands-on facilitation.
Who
Between 2022-2025, I supported organisations like Motel Mozaïque, Dekmantel, Bevrijdingsfestival Utrecht, Nieuw Utrechts Toneel, and Hete Peper.
What
While the extent of these advice trajectories differs, they often included internal interviews, co-creation sessions, data analysis, impact reporting and strategy development.
- Developing sustainability strategies or roadmaps and action plans towards 2030.
- Developing social safety protocols and internal communication streams.
Shaping internal and external communication around sustainability ambitions or accessibility guidelines.
Designed and facilitated workshops, inspiration sessions, and closed-door sustainability or accessibility action meetings.
While most of these workshops take place behind closed doors, I have also contributed to industry meetings organized between Green Events and the Municipality of Amsterdam or the Municipality of Utrecht on topics like mobility, accessibility, energy and food in the events sector. I value this kind of work because it creates space for open exchange and collaboration, which can be quite rare for event organisers.
