About
From 2022 to 2024, I was responsible for the resource management for Lentekabinet & Dekmantel Festival, working closely with partners, suppliers, and local waste management organisations.
Why
The project was initially linked to the Future-Forward Foodcourt; and the resource management efforts were continued in a second year together with Seavents.
Contribution
I was mainly responsible for aligning efforts between different stakeholders to implement circular measures across festival operations.
Helped introduce new practices such as on-site composting and improved waste separation.
Monitored and analysed impact data, and integrated insights into team sessions and decision-making.
Contributed to reaching the initial goal of a 21% reduction in general waste (compared to 2019).
