Why
With limited time and resources, event organizers are supported in navigating complex topics like resource management, energy, mobility, food and accessibility and translating them into clear priorities and next steps with the Sustainability Ladder for Events (DLE) as a guiding framework.
Contribution
I was responsible for the course management and production.
Coordinated course logistics, programme flow and online interactive sessions.
Contributed as a speaker on sustainable food and catering.
Helped shape the learning journey; a full training day with follow-up sessions.
Supported 15+ participants in translating key themes into concrete strategies and action plans through 1:1 coaching.
